People v. J.T.

Client charged with third DUI, a class 2 felony, and was facing 3-7 years in prison. Although client submitted to a breath test over twice the legal limit, Mr. Moretti managed to negotiate a disposition in which his client would be sentenced to two years probation rather than prison time.

People v. P.G. (Chicago)

Client was charged with domestic battery. A finding of guilty for this charge would have resulted in a conviction. Mr. Moretti set the matter for trial, and as a result, the case was dismissed.

People v. C.E. (DuPage)

Client was charged with domestic battery. A finding of guilty for this charge would have resulted in a conviction. Mr. Moretti set the matter for trial, and as a result, the case was dismissed.

Rolling Meadows: People v L.V.

Client charged with driving under the influence of drugs. Mr. Moretti filed a petition to rescind statutory summary suspension which was granted, preventing the suspension of his client's driver's license. After a bench trial, the judge found his client not guilty.

Markham: People v. F.S.

Client charged with residential burglary. After an extensive review of all the evidence,and determining that trial was not the client's best option, Mr. Moretti managed to convince the judge to place his client on TASC probation, which allowed his client to vacate the judgment entered, allowing his client to expunge the arrest.

Skokie: Village of Niles v. N.E.

Client charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, no insurance, and several other tickets. After setting the case for trial, Mr. Moretti was able to get all the charges dismissed.
